How do I add funds to my wallet?
Go to the Wallet section in the app, tap 'Add Funds', enter the amount, and complete the payment through Razorpay. Funds are credited instantly upon successful payment.
How do I book an appointment with an agent?
Browse agents in the Discover section, select an agent, choose an available time slot, and confirm the booking. The consultation fee is deducted from your wallet.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time receive a full refund to your wallet. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or visit our Account Deletion page. A 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion.
My payment was deducted but wallet wasn't credited. What do I do?
This is typically resolved automatically within 5-7 business days. If not, reach out to us through the contact form above with your payment ID and we'll investigate immediately.
How do I get verified as an agent?
Complete the registration process in the AgentKart Agent app, upload your professional documents (PAN, Aadhaar, RERA), and our team will review your application within 2-3 business days.
Can I list my property on AgentKart?
Yes! Switch to Seller mode in the app, then use 'Post Property' to create a listing with photos and details. Listings are reviewed by our team before going live.
What happens to my data when I delete my account?
Personal data is anonymized after 30 days. Financial records are retained for 8 years per Indian regulations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
