A small, considered set — not an endless list. On a free plan that means verified agents working your area; on a paid plan it includes buyers or sellers you can approach directly.
A conversation opens only when interest is mutual. Chat, voice and video all happen inside the app, with your number private.
When the deal is done the close is started, and the buyer and seller each confirm independently. The listing is marked sold and removed everywhere, and the record is permanent.
AK Verified
Any agent on AgentKart has already passed document verification. AK Verified goes further: the agent places a refundable security deposit with us, and it is at risk if they behave badly. It is accountability you can see.
How AK Verified works →The deposit is returned when an agent leaves in good standing. It is a commitment, not a fee.
Proven ghosting or fraud can cost an agent part or all of that deposit, after a review by our team.
