Request deletion of your AgentKart account and associated data.
Before you delete your account
Please read the following carefully before proceeding with account deletion.
30-Day Grace Period
After you request deletion, you have 30 days to change your mind. Simply log back into the app to reactivate your account. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
What Gets Deleted
- • Your profile information (name, email, phone, address)
- • Appointment history and records
- • Chat messages and call history
- • Favorites and saved agents/properties
- • Push notification registrations
- • Uploaded photos, videos, and documents (from S3 storage)
- • Property listings (for sellers/agents)
What Is Retained (and Why)
- • Financial records (8 years): Transaction history is retained to comply with Indian tax and financial regulations.
- • Hashed email record (tombstone): A hashed (non-readable) version of your email is kept to prevent abuse. No personal data is included.
- • Anonymized ratings: Ratings you gave are anonymized (your identity is removed) but the rating values are preserved for platform integrity.
Wallet Balance
If you have a remaining wallet balance, please request a refund before initiating account deletion by reaching out through our support page. Unclaimed wallet balances are forfeited after the 30-day grace period.
