Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided on the AgentKart platform. It covers wallet top-ups, consultation fees, appointment cancellations, and promotional credits.

All monetary amounts on the AgentKart platform are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are facilitated through Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.

2. Wallet Top-Up Refunds

Key Information

Wallet top-ups are credited to your AgentKart wallet balance and are used to pay for consultations and services on the platform. They are not considered purchases of digital goods.

2.1 When a Refund Is Available

  • Failed payment: If your payment was debited from your bank/card but not credited to your wallet due to a technical error, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days. If auto-refund does not occur, contact support with your payment ID.
  • Duplicate payment: If you are charged multiple times for a single top-up, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Account deletion with balance: See Section 6 for details on wallet balance at the time of account deletion.

2.2 When a Refund Is Not Available

  • Successfully credited wallet top-ups cannot be refunded to your original payment method under normal circumstances. Wallet funds remain available for use on the platform.
  • Partial utilization — if you have used a portion of your wallet balance, the used portion is non-refundable.

3. Consultation Fee Refunds

Consultation fees are charged when an agent provides a consultation service (video call, chat, or in-person meeting).

4. Appointment Cancellations

4.2 Cancellation by Agent

If an agent cancels an appointment, the full consultation fee is refunded to the user's wallet immediately, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

4.3 Rescheduling

Both users and agents can reschedule appointments subject to mutual availability. Rescheduling does not incur any fees. However, repeated rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation at AgentKart's discretion.

5. Bonus & Promotional Credits

  • Signup bonuses and promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Bonus credits must be claimed within 7 days of account creation.
  • Claimed bonus credits expire 60 days after claiming. Expired credits are automatically deducted from your wallet balance.
  • Coupon codes and promotional offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions as communicated at the time of the offer.

6. Refunds on Account Deletion

When you request account deletion:

  • If your wallet has a remaining balance (excluding bonus credits), you may request a refund to your original payment method before the 30-day grace period ends.
  • Refund requests for wallet balance upon account deletion must be made within the 30-day grace period by contacting us through our support page.
  • After the 30-day grace period, unclaimed wallet balances are forfeited.
  • Bonus and promotional credits are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

Include your registered email, transaction ID or payment ID, the amount, and reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
