LUCKNOW: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath officially launched the Ghaziabad Development Authority’s new ‘Pahal’ portal this Thursday at Kailash Mansarovar Bhavan in Indirapuram. This digital initiative marks a significant step forward, offering enhanced access to property services for over 1.40 lakh residents.
The platform fundamentally transforms how people interact with property administration. From the convenience of their homes, users can now effortlessly settle property dues, retrieve important documents, manage installment plans, schedule registry bookings, and even process name changes – all with just a few clicks, bypassing the need for tedious visits to government offices.
Even before its formal inauguration, the ‘Pahal’ portal has already proven its worth, having generated an impressive ₹161.22 crore in revenue and successfully processed 83 change requests. As a government representative highlighted, these tasks were historically handled manually, a process notorious for being time-intensive and susceptible to errors. This digital shift promises greater efficiency and clarity for property dealings in Ghaziabad.
