MUMBAI, India – June 26, 2025 – Arkade Developers has successfully secured the rights for a significant redevelopment project in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai, further strengthening its presence in the city’s dynamic real estate landscape.
The upcoming development, sprawling across 1.1 acres, is projected to yield a saleable area of approximately 86,000 square feet. The company anticipates a substantial revenue generation of around ₹350 crore from this mixed-use endeavor, which will integrate both residential and commercial units.
This latest move comes on the heels of Arkade Developers’ recent acquisition of a 6.28-acre freehold land parcel in Thane for ₹172.48 crore. That particular site is earmarked for a large-scale mixed-use development, boasting an impressive projected gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,000 crore and a sprawling saleable area of 9.26 lakh square feet. The Thane project is slated to commence in early 2026.
These strategic investments underscore Arkade Developers’ clear intent to capitalize on the robust real estate opportunities in the Mumbai metropolitan region, pursuing both urban redevelopment and greenfield projects to drive future growth.
