Mumbai, India – June 24, 2025 – Indian cricketer Shivam Dube has made a significant investment in Mumbai’s real estate market, purchasing two apartments in the DLH Enclave, located in the Oshiwara neighborhood, for a combined total of ₹27.50 crore.
The two units together encompass a carpet area of 4,200 square feet (390 square meters) and a total built-up area of 9,603 square feet (892.19 square meters). The purchase was made directly from the developer, Dev Land and Housing, and includes three dedicated car parking spaces.
Documents obtained from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) and reviewed reveal that the transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹1.65 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.
